look what i can do..........

this is what buger discovered brady cole could do while mommy was at work on tuesday. not really....... he can't hold it for real. only for a few seconds, or until he realizes that someone else isn't holding it, and then it falls from his mouth. it's still cute though. i think he looks like a big boy in these pictures.

another picture from this past labor day weekend. this was taken right before uncle brad and aunt shelly left to go back home from visiting with brady cole for about 3 days. he greatly enjoyed all the attention and time they spent with him. he knows he better take advantage of all that attention he's getting now because he'll be having to share everybody with baby cousin letson before too long..........

we've been doing a little bit better about laying on the belly. we try to at least take some tummy naps. the hair on the back of the head is really starting to disappear from him laying on his back so much....it's just a perfect round circle in the back of his head that is looking quite bald. maybe this way he'll give it a break and let some of that hair grow back. i think it's sweet when he sleeps on his tummy w/ that leg hiked up anyways......sweet baby boy!!!!!

brady cole says...."ROLL TIDE"

these are some pictures that were taken yesterday of the little sport showing his support for the crimson tide. he was having a good time. notice he and his aunt shelly in the bottom picture. her shirt says "it's a new bama fan" with a stork carrying a baby on it...really cute! looks like cousin letson will be rooting for the tide along w/ brady cole.

it's really more like 3:00 am...... 

lexi checking on baby brother after he and daddy arrived back home from a wal-mart trip yesterday. she's gotta make sure her brother's doing okay. she loves giving that boy kisses now. she can be a little "jealous butt" sometimes, so we still have to make sure she gets special treatment and time spent with her also. she's a terd and will let us know when she's not getting the attention she deserves.....

these are some more pictures that i didn't get a chance to post the other day. there he goes again sticking that tongue out. he loves to do what we do. he really wants to make the motor boat sounds like us too, but hasn't been able to master it yet. he just stares, giggles, and makes other noises when we do it. i have to say that he is a pro at making those bubbles from his slobber though. or maybe those are his "spit bubbles." he's a funny little fella.... 

we just got off the phone with my friend staci (who has been in previous post) about an hr ago. she went and got an ultrasound tonight from one of her friend's mothers..... and IT'S another BOY! he was proud to show his mommy and daddy what he had too! staci said there was no denying it. so much for the future girlfriend, but we're very excited for another little boy. brady was exhausted tonight, so he said he would "just sleep on that thought, and dream of playing with his new little buddy."
he's just got all kinds of future friends coming along. he's gonna meet his buddies aiden and austin for the first time next wk/end.........cousin letson, who we are anxiously awaiting, will be here some time around christmas or shortly after........ and now we hear a new little buddy will be arriving in february. what fun it will be!!

even though he hasn't experienced elmo yet, he was excited about his new shirt and enjoyed wearing it............

this botttom picture cracks me up. he's really starting to mimick us now. if we stick our tongue out, he trys doing the same thing. so funny!! 

HIS LATEST PHOTO SHOOT WITH HIS GRANNA TODAY! AS YOU CAN TELL, THEY HAD A GOOD TIME. I THINK BRADY COLE IS SORTA GETTING USE TO THE CAMERA BY NOW. I MEAN, IT'S NOT LIKE WE HAVEN'T EVER TAKEN PICTURES OF THE POOR CHILD OR ANYTHING :) I THOUGHT THESE WERE SOME CUTE ONES TO POST. HE LOOKS LIKE A LITTLE FROG IN THE TOP PICTURE. I LOVE THOSE ROLLS THAT HE IS SHOWING OFF IN THE THIGHS. HE'S A CHUNK.......

and of course more picture time with his mommy! he's just all smiles lately. these pictures were taken tonight right after he got his belly full and about to go night night. i'm not sure if this has ever been in a picture before, but notice the precious quilt as the back drop. his great nana made this for him and we love it. nana worked hard on this for the big man and i'm sure he will appreciate it one day. we love those special gifts....

hmmmm...contemplations!!! "do i dirty my britches for mommy, or do i wait til mommy leaves, so daddy can have the joy of it?" 

this is the little fella after some play time on his hippo gym in his big boy bed!! at least the bed is used for something....... a little play time here and there, and every once in a while he'll catch him a cat nap. notice the passy on his chin. believe me, he would be letting us know if he realized that is was out of his mouth and that he wasn't being held. we would definitely be hearing how well the set of lungs on that boy could work. this poot pot was zonked!
