our sick baby boy

as most of you know, we've had a sick little boy on our hands, but thankfully there is a light at the end of the tunnel and our sweet brady cole is doing better. he has been battling a terrible.... terrible, devil sent, bad, nasty virus since early wednesday morning. after taking him to the doctor on thursday, things just weren't getting better by friday morning and our big man was terribly dehydrated, so we end up in south baldwin hospital. of course the much hated IV on a dehydrated baby is enough said, but it sure got him feeling better and that nasty thing is out now. he has been so pitiful, but he's doing much better and his little viral rash is doing better also. i know it looks so terrible in these pictures. it just hurts me to look at them. we returned home today around 2:00 and the easter bunny has visited brady cole since. we didn't intend on spending our first easter in the hospital, but we're just thankful to be bringing him back home doing much better than he was on friday. it's just gonna take a couple more days to get all his strength back, but he's headed down the right road now. we know pink is for girls, so excuse the pink animals on the hospital gown, but they were out of there blue ones at the time and he had to have the gown on for his IV. thanks for the prayers and phone calls from everyone. just continue to pray that our big man continues getting better and back to normal.
